Not at all. Our events are designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. We send out pre-event training plans and our guides pace the group to ensure everyone finishes. If you can ride a bike or walk for a few hours, you can take part in most of our challenges.

We work with groups from 10 to 500 participants. For bespoke corporate or charity events, the minimum is typically 10 people. Our open rides welcome individuals and small groups who can join a shared departure.

Popular dates fill up fast — we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance. For large corporate events (100+ people), 6–12 months gives us the best flexibility for hotels, logistics, and bespoke kit. That said, we can often accommodate shorter-notice bookings, so don't hesitate to ask.

Prices typically include: expert guides, full mechanical and medical support vehicle, all accommodation, breakfasts and dinners, energy stations on route, luggage transfers, finisher medals, and post-event report (for charity events, this includes a fundraising summary).

Not included: flights or rail travel to the start/finish, bike hire (available as add-on), travel insurance, lunches, and personal spending money. We provide a full breakdown when we quote.

Absolutely. We offer bespoke branded cycling jerseys, gilets, t-shirts, and finisher medals for corporate and charity events. We handle the design and production — all you need to provide is your logo and brand colours. Minimum quantities apply; contact us for details.

We ride in most weather conditions — a bit of rain is all part of the adventure! In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, our experienced guides will make a call on the day. We always have contingency routes and, in rare cases, vehicle transfers to ensure the event still completes. Safety is always our top priority.

Yes. Our charity challenge events are entirely flexible — you bring your chosen cause and we provide the adventure. We help you set up fundraising pages, provide post-event reports detailing money raised, and can produce charity-branded kit for your participants. We work with charities of all sizes, from local hospices to national organisations.
